A belated Happy New Year! 2016 was a wonderful year filled with adventure and craziness — both with old friends and many new ones. Though I’m seemingly always reluctant to leave a good year behind, no truer words than a certain saying “life must go on” have ever been spoken.
Celebrating 4th Blogoversarry
Wow! I started blogging on December 27th, 2012 and back then, who would have thought that I would keep it this long? I know that in terms of quantity, my posts have gone down each year but I’m happy that the posts I do end up publishing on this blog are the ones I’m extremely proud of, the ones that I put heart and soul into writing them — if I were to be poetic.
Many changes have happened to this blog, ranging from name to the content (which reflects my fickle interest btw) BUT I hope I can do better this year in a lot of aspects. Better writing, better graphics, better management, etc. And consistency to be honest. I need it badly here 🙁
Second Semester of Uni // Here I Go!
I’ve told you about my first semester last month and if you’re wondering about my finals, I was able to go through them well! Thank goodness, I got a high GPA and cheers for a better semester this year! I signed up for a small organizing committee — finger-crossed I will be accepted. Currently, I’m still in the middle of my break but classes begin in February 6th so I’m trying to make the most out of the free time I have left.

Keeping My Hobbies Together In General
I failed my Goodreads challenge last year, which was a let-down cause I always managed to complete them up until last year. This fact made me wonder, how many books should I aim to read this year? A sad question to myself, I know. It didn’t use to be this hard for me to finish a book but I’ve been losing my will to read and review-churning mojo. 2017 hopefully will be the year I gain more balance with the things I love to do. For real. No more bullshits like in the past. Let’s see how I do this year!
I’m also having trouble with following weekly manga or anime. I guess binging is really my way of enjoying a story. Somehow I always end up neglecting a show I’m following, no matter how excited I am. So I’m contemplating how many winter 2017 shows I should try, since I barely finish the ones I started in summer 2016. Nonetheless, there are some shows I’m so hyped to see this year! I shall make a proper post about this in the future ^^
